I wondered how long I would be in isolation and while I continued admiring the beautiful waterfalls, I had an idea! Yes! I thought it quite useful to do an art work of a sort. I brought out my paintbrush and began to sketch the waterfalls on my board. I really don't know how long I had spent but it was sure long enough that I did not realize Wale's presence. He just starred at my painting and smile.

    I know sometimes it can be overwhelming figuring out your MENU plan, however there are diverse creative ways this can be inculcated.   Take cue from the healthy options available! Below are some recommendations👇 Here's a creative menu time schedule for meals in the Nigerian home:.
