WHAT GOES INTO YOUR BODY? Written by E PLUS The Storyteller ✍🏿

WHAT GOES INTO YOUR BODY? Written by E PLUS The Storyteller ✍🏿    The answer to this question is multidimensional when we dissect it holistically. From the food we eat to the words we speak there is an ongoing process, and this is a combination of the moment we allow it to the moment it succeeds! You cannot divorce yourself from the outcome of any event, identify your role and take responsibility for it.     Don't settle for less out of desperation. Think through the process and establish a well defined standard. Be deliberate about what and who you entertain into your space- not everyone must be invited to the 'party'. Watch out for 'red flags' Learn to sieve inputs while thinking outside the box. Most importantly, train your 'Taste Bud' - not everything that looks good, actually taste good! Appearance can be deceitful. Be discreet. Do not let your emotions overshadow your intellect. The process is as important as the end result.       E PLUS The Storytel

DON'T LET OPINIONS LIMIT YOUR POTENTIALS.

I get to talk with people in the course of what I do, so I would say by the grace of God, the many feathers God keep adding to my hat tag along with a bonus gift of meeting people of diverse background, disposition and rare talents. I see people move from little beginnings to launching out big, and I also see people who never want to move beyond a certain level, while some people don't want to even move at all.  And It just dawned on me that the underlining factor here, is 'Mindset'.    Every battle ever won or lost, began from the mind. Question is, what would you rather see? What would you rather settle for?  Would you rather trade your potentials for an opinion that doesn't even count? They tell you that you are a joker, that you won't go far! They tell you that you should go find something useful to do with your life, that your dreams won't materialise to anything tangible, just because it doesn't align with their expectation or standard, and then you

You have such an inspiring story, coming out from an abusive marriage with your life intact. Not very many victims can be said to have been so fortunate. Can you tell us more?   Aiyekusehin Monisola: 😃  My strongest strength actually has been the fact that I know God and hold on to his faithfulness. I got married 12 years ago and the abuse started that very month I got married but I endured for 10years for numerous reasons.  Reasons like what society would say, what the church would say and fear of the unknown, but in 2020 I became so depressed and suicidal that I was ready to face what ever comes.  I began to search for anwsers an

SHE ALMOST LOST IT!     Written by E PLUS The Storyteller ✍🏿 The lady walked into the Hall way, with one of the most charming smile Linda had ever seen, and almost immediately they seemed like they connected, or so did Linda assume.     "How may I help you ma?" Linda enquired, reciprocating the lady's gesture with a very warm smile. "Can I see your manager?" The lady responded .  Quite curiously, Linda sought to know if there was any issue to be resolved. "You can actually talk to me if you need to resolve anything ." Linda persisted. " Thanks, but I need to see your manager, it's urgent." The lady insisted. " Nothing that I can't handle, ma'am. Just let me know what the situation is. " Linda reiterated. Then, the lady snapped and screamed... "LET ME SEE YOUR MANAGER!!!"  At that moment, the rest of the staff and other clients in the Hall Way turned towards their direction, wondering the cause of the Lad

And the change starts Now! "I dun tire for dis country!" "I wun japa, comot for dis country!" "See, how oda country dey enjoy but Nigeria own na im go different!" "Abeg, which year dis country go eva better?"       And the narrative goes on and on... Change has its ripple effects and it begins with us. How deliberate are we about this positive change that so desire?🤷🏽‍♀️ In our various spaces, constituencies and jurisdiction, what steps are we taking to influence the narrative, positively?🤷🏽‍♀️ While we point accusing fingers, the rest of our fingers should get to work. TALK AND DO should be the narrative playing out in any and every sector. Your choice(s) of leadership into positions shouldn't be influenced by the 'Short term' largess swindled before you, remember generations unborn can be tied to the decision you take, so choose wisely. There are great and notable Nigerians who seek our support to lead this nation towards the

AT LAST! THE LIGHT HAS BEEN RECONNECTED! A week and one day after the illegal disconnection of power supply from my resident, by one of the marketers of the Eko Electricity Distribution Company, (Chinelo Roseline Ezeh),  light has been restored. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 Thanks to the honourable Peter Ayiwe, HOD Community Relations/CSR cum Branding.   His professionalism and hands on efficiency is commendable and I must say, Mr Peter Ayiwe deserves a double promotion for a job well done 👍 Following series of calls and messages to the customer portal of Eko Electricity Distribution Company, we were assured that the unjust and illegal disconnection of power supply to our house, will be addressed. Then, came the waiting period! It appeared like forever! At the time when my family and I had almost completely lost faith, trust and hope in the entire power system, I just asked God for one thing regarding this case, and I said: God fight this course for us and let justice be served!  On Wednesday I received

In general terms.   Enitan Pearl: Family is a unit of people that live together not necessarily sharing the same noms and ideas but learning to accommodate each one daily. E PLUS The Storyteller ✍🏿: Cool! Do you think there's enough family essence carried into the society? Like do you see that family commitment play out in the society, today? Enitan Pearl: Yes E PLUS The Storyteller ✍🏿: So it's safe to say that parents are teaching their children/Wards enough family values, in general? Enitan Pearl: Not necessarily good family values to an extent but yes enough that goes into the world.   As we all know most children learn from what they see, therefore 'copy and paste'continues almost throughout a life time even when they grow and rea

I THOUGHT IT WAS OVER.   Written by E PLUS The Storyteller. I THOUGHT IT WAS OVER. It was going to be my last meal in my already hopeless life..the meal wasn't even  enough for me and my only child who was down with malaria for weeks unending, and I couldn't even afford medications.  He laid on the bed and stared at me desperately. " Mama! Will I die ?" He asked with his voice that already sounded frail. I sighed and looked away. Actually, the food I was about to share with my son was poisoned! Yes! Poisoned! I poisoned it! I wanted to end it all! The suffering was too much jare! Right before my own eyes.. everything was falling apart...I really couldn't give my son an answer. However, more determined than ever, I was ready to end it all! " Don't worry son everything will be fine." I replied. I took the food and placed it on the table. Then I took a spoon and as I proceeded to eat first, my son interrupted. "Mama.. we've not prayed over
