Or else How can you explain the outrage and uncontrollable emotions I had muddled up in my head, all in the name of vengeance...    Indeed, the 'devil walks in the dark!' and works hand in hand with the notorious 'Green eyed monster'. I have been a victim of exploitation and injustice all my life, and this accounts for the roller coaster of emotions! But I know, It wasn't intentional, I just..., I just...   Well, it all happened that fateful night, my best friend(Najite), had called me up for a concert- he wanted us to go and see one of the famous act of all times, he was so excited. Then I had the perfect plan(well, almost perfect) that would change everything, for the worse! I had always thought that being a victim of failed relationships was Najite's fault, all my ex girlfriends ended up with him!  They(all) wanted him, I can't say w

                                              M ENU          WELCOME TO E PLUS KITCHEN It's time for a creative and sumptuous meal .       Potato, Smoked panla fish and green leaf porridge.                         Ingredients.           Potatoes(Irish or sweet, or both)                     Spinach  (Green leaf)                           Smoked Fish     Blended tomatoes, pepper and onion Cameroon pepper Crayfish or prawn Palm oil Salt to taste .. Preparation: Wash hands Wash potatoes and Spinach (Green leaf), thoroughly. Pour your blended tomatoes, pepper and Onion into the pot of water, proportionate to the potato you intend to use. Pour sufficient palm oil Allow to boil for few minutes Add the Cameroon pepper, crayfish and potatoes. Midway, after cooking for few minutes, add the smoked panla fish, gently. Add salt.. Allow the potatoes to cook (Don't over cook) Once the potatoes are well cooked.

                        THE DAY I ASKED SOME STUDENTS IF THEY ENJOY READING.,   A Piece by E PLUS The Storyteller. So, I'm chatting with these awesome children during a session on World Book Reading Day, and as a Creative Writing Coach I sort to know how many of them actually love to read?  Naturally, I thought every hand would go up, but my presumption was absolutely wrong.  Some hands were still down! So this simply made me realise that there are children who do not find reading interesting!   Hmmm, as a "curious kitten" that I was, I proceeded to find out more about their reasons,  and these were the following discoveries amongst other personal reasons...          1. They get quite bored because of the kind of stories they are exposed to.    2. More often, they are compelled to read, thus reading tags along with so much stress, rather than actually enjoying it!   3. Reading does not appear appealing to them.   4. Most of the bo

  Toast Bread and Banana Milk Shake.           By E  PLUS The Storyteller. Always an exceptional delight! You really want to try this, trust me! Click the link to learn more... TOAST BREAD: Fresh sliced bread.. Margarine Toaster. PREPARATION: Wash your hands with soap and water. Spread margarine on bread and cover with another bread, one at a time. Set toasting machine on mid temperature Insert buttered bread, and regulate temperature until bread is golden brown. MILK SHAKE: Banana Milk (For those who like flavour, you could add coconut, chocolate, cinnamon, orange and other flavours) PREPARATION: Wash banana properly Peel off the back Chop the banana Pour in liquid milk into blender Add the chopped banana Blend, until smooth.
