                      The Food story.                 With E PLUS the storyteller.        How to cook garden egg sauce.                 Ingredients. Garden eggs(white or green) Fresh pepper Tomatoes Onions Crayfish Oil Salt to taste Preparation Boil garden eggs until soft. Peel of the skin and pound lightly. Chop the pepper, tomatoes and onions into bits. Heat up oil for few minutes before you add the chopped tomatoes, pepper and Onions.  Stir for few seconds, then add the garden eggs. Add crayfish and salt. Leave sauce to simmer for few seconds and it's ready!

"I'm tired! " And after a while, you become sober, then the reality check sets in🤔 You  can't seem to pinpoint the problem or the cause of your irrational reactions ☹️ Seriously! Then you know It's time to slow down, and address that stress. The  First step is to admit that you are stressed: One of the greatest  wake up call is to realise the truth about a situation, thus it is expedient that we admit to what we might be going rough before we take steps to deal with them, and Stress is one of the issues. Next- Take time out to indulge in what makes you easily relaxed, and less edgy. This works differently for everyone. Some people relax when they eat, go to the beach, spend time reading thier favorite novels or watching film e.t.c  So l

             The Delicious UKODO delicacy. Recipe:   Yam   Plantain      Native black fish (or any fish of your choice.) You can include beef, goat meat or chicken.   You need the native peppersoup spice or simply buy the packaged one(already grounded.), Crayfish, grounded dried pepper, onion, little akawu and salt.(You can add maggi- I don't cook with Maggi.) Cooking process. Cook the beef, goat meat or chicken well enough. Cut the yam and unripe plantain in moderation. Wash and put them in a measurable amount of water, add adequate salt and allow to heat up for a minute, add the grinded peppersoup spice and the grinded dried pepper(you can also include the boiled beef/goat meat /chicken.), add the dried native fish. Close the pot and allow all the recipes to boil. In few minutes, you will begin to percieve the irresistible native aroma from your kitchen.
