Of course I have never been so good with suspense. I was practically dying to see what this man wanted to show me then I resolved to killing two beds with one stone. "Okay sir, let's go" I responded. Hurriedly I tagged along. I sat opposite The Man who seemed very excited. My mind pondered for a while. He smiled from ear to ear as he dipped his hands into his bag.

    I know sometimes it can be overwhelming figuring out your MENU plan, however there are diverse creative ways this can be inculcated.   Take cue from the healthy options available! Below are some recommendations👇 Here's a creative menu time schedule for meals in the Nigerian home:. Monday - Breakfast (7:30 am): "Egusi Delight" - Egusi pudding with akara (fried bean cake) and fresh fruit. - Lunch (12:30 pm): "Jollof Rice Frenzy" - Jollof rice with grilled chicken and mixed vegetables. - Dinner (6:00 pm): "Suya Night" - Suya (grilled meat skewers) with yam fries and mixed greens.
