Amanda starred at me with such high expectations. "em..I do not have the wristwatch" I responded swiftly but my heart raced faster than a speed racer. Suddenly, Amanda's countenance dropped. I could almost tell how disappointed she was. There was an unusual silence for a while. I almost became frightened, cause the next reaction from Amanda, was not what I envisaged.

    I know sometimes it can be overwhelming figuring out your MENU plan, however there are diverse creative ways this can be inculcated.   Take cue from the healthy options available! Below are some recommendations👇 Here's a creative menu time schedule for meals in the Nigerian home:. Monday - Breakfast (7:30 am): "Egusi Delight" - Egusi pudding with akara (fried bean cake) and fresh fruit. - Lunch (12:30 pm): "Jollof Rice Frenzy" - Jollof rice with grilled chicken and mixed vegetables. - Dinner (6:00 pm): "Suya Night" - Suya (grilled meat skewers) with yam fries and mixed greens.
