    I know sometimes it can be overwhelming figuring out your MENU plan, however there are diverse creative ways this can be inculcated.

  Take cue from the healthy options available!

Below are some recommendations👇

Here's a creative menu time schedule for meals in the Nigerian home:.


Monday

- Breakfast (7:30 am): "Egusi Delight" - Egusi pudding with akara (fried bean cake) and fresh fruit.

- Lunch (12:30 pm): "Jollof Rice Frenzy" - Jollof rice with grilled chicken and mixed vegetables.

- Dinner (6:00 pm): "Suya Night" - Suya (grilled meat skewers) with yam fries and mixed greens.


Tuesday

- Breakfast (7:45 am): "Pap and Akara" - Pap (cornmeal porridge) with akara and honey.

- Lunch (1:00 pm): "Efo Riro Delight" - Efo riro (stir-fried leafy greens) with pounded yam and chicken.

- Dinner (6:30 pm): "Plantain Bliss" - Grilled plantain with pepper sauce and grilled fish.


Wednesday

- Breakfast (8:00 am): "Moi Moi Magic" - Moi moi (steamed bean pudding) with whole wheat bread and tea.

- Lunch (12:45 pm): "Adalu Breeze" - Adalu (yam and beans) with mixed vegetables and grilled chicken.

- Dinner (6:15 pm): "Okro Soup Fiesta" - Okro soup with fufu (cassava dough) and grilled meat


Thursday

- Breakfast (7:30 am): "Kokoro Kickstart" - Kokoro (cornmeal snack) with milk and banana.

- Lunch (1:15 pm): "Jegi Jollof" - Jegi jollof (spicy one-pot rice) with grilled chicken and mixed vegetables.

- Dinner (6:45 pm): "Egusi Ball Delight" - Egusi ball (melon seed ball) with vegetable sauce and rice.


Friday

- Breakfast (8:15 am): "Puff Puff Frenzy" - Puff puff (fried dough) with coffee and banana.

- Lunch (1:30 pm): "Ayamase Delight" - Ayamase (stewed pepper sauce) with pounded yam and grilled chicken.

- Dinner (7:00 pm): "Grilled Fish Fiesta" - Grilled fish with pepper sauce and boiled yam.


Saturday

- Brunch (9:00 am): "Suya and Plantain" - Suya with grilled plantain and mixed greens.

- Dinner (7:30 pm): "Family Favorites" - Jollof rice with grilled chicken and mixed vegetables.


Sunday

- Breakfast (8:30 am): "Egusi Pudding" - Egusi pudding with whole wheat bread and tea.

- Dinner (6:30 pm): "Sunday Rice" - Coconut rice with grilled chicken and mixed vegetables.
