So the question is: what kind of seeds are you planting, especially in the lives of your children or wards? Let’s look at it this way: the daily nurturing of a seed goes a long way in determining the state of its growth—whether healthy or unhealthy. Every time you speak negative words to a child, you plant negativity in that child, and their entire state of mind is affected. Likewise, when you speak positive words to a child, it yields a positive impact and boosts confidence.
