Below are some recommendations👇 Here's a creative menu time schedule for meals in the Nigerian home:. Monday - Breakfast (7:30 am): "Egusi Delight" - Egusi pudding with akara (fried bean cake) and fresh fruit. - Lunch (12:30 pm): "Jollof Rice Frenzy" - Jollof rice with grilled chicken and mixed vegetables. - Dinner (6:00 pm): "Suya Night" - Suya (grilled meat skewers) with yam fries and mixed greens.
