Onome's father followed his wife outside anxiously.
  "So, you hear wetin Onome talk na, how far?" Onome's mother said. Onome's father starred at her as if he did not understand a word of what she had just said.
 "Why you dey look me like that?abi you no hear wetin your pikin talk?" Onome's mother said more pushfully this time.
 "Wetin nau? Why you dey talk like this?" Onome's father responded.
 "Why I dey talk like how? No be Money they dey use cook the food?" Onome's mother said.
 "See ehn, just use the one wey you get, I go pay you back" Onome's father replied.
 "Eh ehn! You get power to dey beat person but you no fit provide money for common owo and starch, abi?" Onome's mother said.
 "Hmmm..mama Onome, mind your mouth oo!" Onome's dad warned sternly.
