Ochuko whispered into his mother's ears and seconds later, she let out a loud cry!
"Ochuko! Na lie! Wetin you dey talk?" She said as she held on to his shirt. Ochuko was disturbed and he attempted releasing himself from his mother's grip, however she remained persistent.
The policemen walked up to the counter and carefully released Ochuko from his mother's firm grip. Still panting, his mother continued yelling while she was being returned to her former position.
"Ochuko! Make nothing happen to that House oo! All this one wey you dey talk, I no understand oo!" She continued. Quite reuffled, Ochuko had become devastated. He wished he had not brought the News of the reconstruction of Kolobiri. He knew that things were about to turn for the worse.
"Young man, what did you just tell your mother sef?" One of the Police inspector questioned.

      That’s NOT my Father!       Sumayyah Oluwafunbi  Ogunsola              It’s a bleak, dark late evening accompanied by torrent of rain and the howling of the wind; the power is out. My father and I sit down in the parlour, looking at each other and sighing in disappointment, as our fun day out was ruined. I glance at our pet cat, Tata, to see that she is fast asleep.               Exasperated, my father launches himself on the sofa and says to me, “I am going to get Starbucks.
