1/2cupOats+a handful of coconut flakes+one fresh banana+2teaspoons milk.

Oat is a common cereal but can be tweaked a little to be uncommon when presenting as  breakfast, very healthy and has a great impact on our skin after all. Addition of coconut flakes is to make it more filling, and also serve as milk because coconut contains a very reasonable amount of healthy milk so you can go for fresh coconut flakes instead of the slightly roasted one I have there. I have there also freshly sliced banana  to naturally sweeten the whole bowl of cereal. Although,that's optional for.

Try this simple but very healthy and filling breakfast and let me know how it goes. Cheers👍
