Like seriously, this Lagos traffic is quite an experience, just within a short distance to the office, one would spend almost the entire day! Na wa o! Like I am suppose to trek it, Abi? I'm sure that's what's on your mind, hmmm.. I hear you! Not everyday is meant for trekking o! Biko! By the way, I just painted my toe nails, so that's not gonna happen for a very long time. So, you can imagine how It feels to go through this kind of routine everyday, just because person won make money, Hmm..the stress no be here o!

Well, back to my original story, this morning on my way to work, Na so we dey traffic o! So, as usual, I brought out my delicious Jirade plantain chips. As I was quite lost in the bliss of the taste, suddenly I heard a male voice behind me, and a conversation ensued.

"Hello!" The male voice said.

Not sure whether to respond or not, I just sha, answered one kind, one kind.

"Hello!"

"I can see you have good taste!" The guy exclaimed. And in my head I'm like: Oh! Just leave me alone, already! 🙄 Then I responded with a faint smile. He moved closer, like he was about to whisper into my ears.

"Ah! This guy dey try himself o!" I whispered to myself, but almost immediately, he retreated, and maintained a calm disposition as he continued to stare at the plantain chips, like seriously, was this guy about to ask me for the plantain chips? I pondered. Then, just like he read my thoughts, he echoed-

"Wouldn't mind some of that."

Initially, I thought that was hillarious, like who just sees someone for the first time, in a commercial vehicle (in traffic for that matter), and just ask that person for anything?🙄

Then, I was convinced that this guy was actually serious. He seemed to await my response, very patiently, as he continued to stare at my chips.

Oh! Well, I reluctantly stretched forth the rest to him, and he took it with all pleasure. I watched him eat all my chips, with a smirk on his face, and when he was done, guess what? This guy said the most unbelievable thing to me-

"Now, I have found my wife!

I just froze, and stared at him.

The story continues.....
