Tessy paid close attention to Abigail whom she thought by now was looking very disturbed.
    "So, Abigail, what is wrong? What happened?" Tessy asked anxiously. Then, Abigail handed Tessy a photocopy of the document Chief had given to her.
    Quite curiously, Tessy received the document and read through. For a moment, she starred at it like she was trying to make sense of it all.  "Ahan! Abigail, this is a purchase document nau! and this is Chief's name on it! So? " Tessy exclaimed, still trying to comprehend.
      "Tessy, that is the purchase document of this entire building you see now!" Abigail said.
Tessy became more startled.
  "I really don't understand o..the purchase document of this entire building with Chief's name on it, meaning?" Tessy pressed on.
   "Tessy, Chief is now the new Landlord here!" Abigail exclaimed.
      "Ehen! Are you serious? Abigail you don hammer o !" Tessy exclaimed excitedly. However, Abigail wasn't in such mood rather she was taken aback by Tessy's sudden exuberance.
   "Tessy, you really have no idea o!" Abigail lamented.
   "How? With this development now, at least you are free from rental wahala, isn't it?" Tessy stated. Abigail sighed as she turned to Tessy.
    " Tessy, Chief has given me a condition o!" Abigail said.
Tessy became curious.
      "Abeg Abigail, which condition be that..." She asked anxiously.

      That’s NOT my Father!       Sumayyah Oluwafunbi  Ogunsola              It’s a bleak, dark late evening accompanied by torrent of rain and the howling of the wind; the power is out. My father and I sit down in the parlour, looking at each other and sighing in disappointment, as our fun day out was ruined.
