Abigail had slept off with the note still in her hands. It was quite sunny and the perking birds were already singing out to the break of Day. 
This was followed by chattering and  rowdy noise just outside the House. Abigail woke up with a start and soon realized she still held on to the note given to her by Sule. She remembered the content of the note and glanced through it, this time reading every word! There was a knock at the Door as Abigail concentrated on the note. She stood up and headed for the Door. It was a young lady standing before the Door. Abigail smiled at her. "Ha! Linda, Good morning!" Abigail exclaimed.
 "Eh hen! Good morning o! I hope say you see the note wey Landlord keep for you? Linda asked.
 Abigail did not see the need to be reminded, however she was courteous enough to respond. "Yes..I have seen it." She replied. "Okay oh! Him talk say make you no late for the meeting o! because Na serious gbege dey for ground!" Linda emphasized. Abigail was almost running out of patience already as she thought Linda had over stayed her welcome. 
"Okay.. Thanks, I have heard, I will be there prompt." Abigail replied anxiously. Linda, soon left.
 It was exactly mid day and Abigail was set for the meeting with the Landlord. She  hurriedly washed her face and packed her hair into a pony tail. Few seconds later, everyone was seated
After a very long silence, The Land Lord spoke.
"Hmm! I called this meeting because there is a new development." He said.
Everyone paid attention.
