As soon as the money fell to the floor, the Police inspector quickly stepped on it to avoid the boys from seeing it.
"Oya! All of you get inside!!! Quick!" He said as he pushed everyone of them in.
"Oga! Dis tin wey una dey do no good oo!" One of the boys said soberly.
The Police ignored him and slowly bent over. He stylishly picked up the envelop and walked away.
"I hope those boys are firmly locked up!?" The Police Boss inquired as soon as the inspector returned.
"Yes sir! Firmly!" He replied.
And there was silence for a while. The Boss paced up and down like he was pondering on something.
The Police inspectors became nervous.
"I really don't know where this case is heading? However we must pin it down. That woman refuse to confess!" The Police Boss said.
"Well sir, I guess she will with time." The First Police officer responded.
The Boss immediately looked at him with a curious gesture😎
"What do you mean?" He asked.
"Well sir, I just believe she's playing hard to crack for now.." The First inspector replied.
"Hmmm...so how did your Investigation go?" He asked the Two Police inspectors who had brought the boys.
The First one stared at the other.
