"Ah! Jay-Jay, even from now till tomorrow, only me no go fit finish dis Food o! When did you order this?" Janet asked further as she was surprised.
"Na Presido order am o! This is just an appetiser." Jay-Jay exclaimed.
"Hmmm...Okay oo! Oya join me nau...Abi you go just dey look as I dey chop?" Janet said.
"Babe, enjoy yourself! Don't worry about me." Jay-Jay insisted. Janet settled down to the meal and enjoyed every bit of it. "I guess you are ready, the President is still expecting you o!" Jay-Jay said.
"Yea...let me just put on my perfume, and then we will go." Janet said., and In few minutes, they headed for the President's Private garden. Jay-Jay led Janet to a seat and they watched the President play Polo with so much enthusiasm.
" Wow! He is really good." Janet exclaimed.
"He is beyond good! The President is one of the best Polo Players. I guess only those who are lovers of the games, really know that." Jay-Jay responded.
"Hmmm....I see. That's really interesting." Janet said as she watched on. At the end of the game, all team members shook hands amidst smiles. The President had emerged the winner and the rest of the players congratulated him.
"Thank you, I really enjoyed the game." He said. On sighting Jay-Jay and Janet, he walked up to them.
"I see you've been watching the game." He said.
"Yes, my President and you have been such a spectacle to behold. You play the game so well, sir." Jay-Jay said. The President smiled in response as he turned to Janet. "Thank you Jay-Jay for your kind words, I wonder if Janet here, feels the same way." He said.
"Oh! I really think your mastery over the game is second to none, sir." Janet responded.
With the smile still on his face, he stared at Janet for a while, and this made her quite restless.
"But do you know that you are not just beautiful but also intelligent? I am impressed with your expressions." The President remarked.
"Thank you sir, I'm really humbled by your kind words." Janet said as she tried to avoid the president's roaming eyes.
"Jay-Jay, I guess you will be leaving for today?" The President said.
"Em....yes sir...I should be leaving, if there is no other thing for today, sir." Jay-Jay responded.
"Hmmm...No...I think you have done perfectly well for today. Just ask Sule to give you, your envelope." The President said.
"Thank you so much sir, thank you." Jay-Jay exclaimed, and left immediately. For a moment, Janet panicked as she watched Jay-Jay leave. The President chuckled. "You should be comfortable with me by now, there is a reason for your being here." The President said in an attempt to make Janet feel comfortable.
"Okay sir." Janet said
"I hope you enjoyed your meal?" The President asked.
"Yes, Mr. President. I truly appreciate your gesture." Janet replied.
"Good. Tomorrow, you will be resuming work, and you will get to know all about your job specifications. Is that okay?" The President said.
"Yes Mr. President. Thank you sir." Janet said.
"Good! Meanwhile, let me walk you down to your room." The president said. Quite nervously, Janet responded with a nod as the president took her by the hand, and they both headed on.
