BEAUTY FOR ASHES!
The girl looked surprise at Lele's utterance. However, she struggled to respond. Lele waited patiently for her response, then Doctor Tush emerged from his room.
"Good Morning!" He greeted as he smiled from ear to ear hoping that Lele was getting along with the girl.
"Yea! Good morning T-T!" Lele responded. The girl's countenance changed as Doctor Tush had noticed. Immediately he sensed all wasn't well!
"Em ...I will be making breakfast today!" He announced as he tried to cheer up the mood.
"Hmmm..really?" Lele responded sarcastically.
At this point, Doctor Tush was marvelled.
"Okay, is there a problem?" He asked.
"Well, my brush is missing!" Lele exclaimed.

The girls took another look at the letter.
"Ochuko what's this?" Deborah asked curiously.
"Well, obviously, it's a letter." Peres replied.
"I know it's a letter but what is written on it!?" Deborah asked impatiently.
The girls pondered for a while again.
"I still think the only way to find out is to open it, this is Sandra's writing." Peres suggested.
"Probably, she left a note for us. I guess she knew we would visit." Adesuwa said. Ochuko concurred with the girls and reluctantly she opened it....

All eyes were on the chief iinspector as he tried to put his speech together. He could feel the eyes of the workers desperately anticipating his response. He cleared his throat several times before speaking.
"Okay, there would be a raise in your wages from next week!" The Chief inspector said and paused for a moment. At this point, the men cheered up with an uproar!
"Correct! Direct!" They all chorused for a while and the Chief inspector beckoned on them to remain calm as he raised his hands to the air while smiling.
"So after next week, we will look at your food allowance." Said the Chief inspector. This was followed by more loud cheers.
"Solidarity forever! Solidarity forever! Solidarity forever! We will always fight for our right! Up chief! Up chief! Long live Chief!" They all chorused as they danced round a centre...

It was quite a long journey for Sandra and her mother as their vehicle strutled along the hilly pathway. By now, Sandra was even more anxious than she had been previously. She stared out of the window pondering over her expectations in this 'New Place' at some point she wished she had declined the scholarship offer, other times she only hoped there was something better ahead.
"So, I hope you're ready for your new place?" Sandra's Mother asked suddenly, interrupting her thoughts. Quickly she snapped out.
"Yes mum!" She responded with a faint smile.
Shortly, they soon noticed something in front, Sandra's mother stopped the car.
