I can feel Felix eyes all over me, while driving all the way... before nko? I am just too hot, and this weekend will be very different!

We have arrived at our usual abode, and I just can't wait to change this whole narrative..
 'The other woman' is about to become 'The main woman '.. yes oooo!!!

Felix and I, just checked into our lodge. As usual, it is very cosy, the sweet smelling fragrance in the air, is simply breath taking, the lights are quite dim, just the way I like it. I can  perceive the scintillating aroma of sharwama(my favourite.).

Felix: So, how are you?.

 I can  perceive some form of urgency in his voice.

"I'm good.. how has work been?" I reply, as I begin to take off my shoes.

"Not so good ooo.. I have some bad news!" Felix replies,, as he heaves a heavy sigh.

   Ah! That does not sound like what I am expecting oo.. so I just move closer.

"Felix, what's the problem?" I ask.

"I just lost my job." Felix responds, almost immediately.

"Ah! Mo gbe! It's a lie!!!!" I exclaim, as I put both hands on my head.

The Wailing Creatures  W ritten by Sumayyah Oluwafunbi Ogunsola     With a big smile on and shiny gleaming teeth plastered on my sweaty face, I step inside the dusty building with the big bold inscription: ‘ WELCOME TO THE ZOO!’  As I walk around with my black heels making a pit-pat, click-clack sound, my eager brown irises get locked in a trance with the brownish red Hawaiian bird.       That’s NOT my Father!       Sumayyah Oluwafunbi  Ogunsola              It’s a bleak, dark late evening accompanied by torrent of rain and the howling of the wind; the power is out. My father and I sit down in the parlour, looking at each other and sighing in disappointment, as our fun day out was ruined.
