TROUBLE  IN PARADISE.(Part 2)        ...   A story by E PLUS The Storyteller. I couldn't take my mind off that blank expression Teju had on, during our conversation in the balcony, even though he kept reassuring me that all was well. For all I could perceive, there was something amidst. Weeks later, I received an invitation to a charity fundraising event, organised by Women for Africa. I had marked my calender so it wasn't an event I planned missing. Prior to the D Day, I had slight headache but few recommended  pills here and there, fixed it. Teju, had asked the driver to drop me off, at the venue of the event, though I was few hours behind time because we had be stuck in an endless traffic. As soon as I stepped into the hall, there was a standing ovation, at this point I sincerely wished, I had not been noticed. My legs had become ...

Our Money spoke different languages on different levels, not only because we were wealthy, but because my husband and I had taste for the most exquisite things in life, and we weren't going to settle for less.  It was so much razmatazz, as our friends and family graced the occasion of our newly launched product. We were leading the business charts and breaking records on every side, our bank accounts were looking so good that at some point, Teju and I, began to look at investing in ...

From E PLUS Kitchen Ukodo(Yam and Unripe plantain pepper soup.) is a Niger Delta Food, suitable for all occasions. For the Urhobo people, we usually celebrate our  occasions with this exquisite meal, Ukodo, and this includes wedding ceremonies.  Ukodo, has many benefits which are mainly nutritious and medicinal.  The spices are locally planted thus very accessible and available in African stores. Unfortunately, the spices cannot be substituted due to thier distinctiveness.  Recently, modernisation has made it possible to package these spices in blended forms, h,owever, this can't be compared to the raw pepper soup spicy seeds that you can blend yourself. The powdery form is only good if you can ascertain it's originality.. (Just incase you can't access the seeds, there is a particular brand, I recommend.) Ukodo is great for women who just put to bed, for...

THE DAY I MET HIM.(Part 1 0)                 .        .. A Story by E PLUS the Storyteller Lanre rushed towards my direction, like he was almost going to push me down but, for my firm grip! I stared at him and for a moment, he looked at Charles with such disdain; I just couldn't place it. My mind continued to run riot, as I thought of  the outcome of this strange development. One thing was quite certain, these two men, had something going on, in their head, that had something to do with me. Hmmmmm "Kelechi! It's good to see you, this lovely morning. You look good." Lanre said as he continued to give Charles 'The side eye' "Thanks, em.. I wasn't expecting you, or did you come to see someone, here?" I replied, trying to be as diplomatic as I could. "Well, I thought it would be a great idea to spring up a surprise thus morning, as I have ordered pizza and yogurt, they are actually in the car...

THE DAY I MET HIM.(Part 9)                 .        .. A Story by E PLUS the Storyteller  I could hardly remember the last word I had said to Charles the previous night he had called, before I slept off. My alarm rang so loud that I had to quickly put it off. In few minutes, I had stepped out of the house and as I headed for the office, I saw someone step out of a white car, parked beside the house.  Then, I realised it was Charles! Seriously! I had no word to express my surprise. I just stood, deep rooted on one spot. "Ready for work? Good Morning!" Charles greeted cheerfully. Still trying to find the right words, I just smiled. Charles ushered me into the car, of course I wasn't going to resist it, if not for anything, I really needed a quick ride because I was fast behind time. "So, which way is closer to your office?" Charles asked, as he began to drive. Then, I snappe...
