She asked. And without a word, Jay-Jay beckoned on Janet to follow his lead. As soon as they arrived at a place that appeared quite secluded from the main hall, another set of escorts led them in, there Janet saw the president, dressed in white, seated on a marble stool, with a smile on.
"Hmmm...Miss J, good to see you again. Hope you are good?" The President exclaimed.
"Yes, sir....I'm okay...thank you for the warm reception thus far." Janet replied, stuttering quite a bit.
"Well, it's a good day, and em...as you can see, we have a very important event at hand. I'm about to step into the hall to make my presentation and I want you to introduce me." The President said. Janet was quite dumbfounded at The President's request and remained silent for a while.
"So are you good?" The President said, further.
"Hmmm...Mr. President, I really think this is a big shoe for me." Janet responded
"Then, where it! Make it yours." The President said as he beckoned on Janet to commence with the task. She stood still and began to imagine herself standing before the dignitaries in the hall, and then she took a deep breath.
"Okay sir, I'm ready." Janet said.

"Awa!" Oga Bello called out!
"Sir!" She answered as she emerged from her room.
"What are you doing?" Oga Bello enquired.
"Baba, I'm reading for my exams." Awa replied.
Oga Bello paused for a moment and stared at his daughter.
"Which exam?" He probed further.
"Baba...for my JAMB exams." Awa replied, and almost immediately, Oga Bello burst out, into laughter. Awa remained rooted in one spot as she watched her father laugh, hysterically.
Wait! You mean you really want to go to the university?" Oga Bello exclaimed.
"I don't understand, Baba." Awa said, quite alarmed by her father's question.
"Okay...I guess we need to have a one on one chat so you can save yourself the energy of all these reading that you have been engaging yourself in." Oga Bello said.
"Baba...I still don't get it oo!" Awa persisted.
"Don't worry, Okay? You will get it..there's no problem" Oga Bello responded as he sipped his kunu from his favorite king size cup while Awa looked on.

"Honestly speaking Asabe, I don't understand Baba... imagine how confused he left me this morning with his hysterical gesture." Awa lamented.
"Are you serious? over what, if I may ask?" Asabe reacted.
"Over me reading and preparing for my JAMB exams! Hmmm...you should have seen the look on his face!" Awa said.
"Ahn ahn! But what did he say?' Asabe probed further.
