Abigail panicked as soon as she heard Dele's voice. Torn in between indecision, she thought for a while over what response to give Dele. "em..Dele         , please meet me up at my parent's house, something came up!" Abigail exclaimed. After a brief pause, Dele responded. "Hmmm! Okay..I will take a turn now and head on." Dele responded and ended the call. She glanced at her wristwatch and noticed it was few minutes past nine. While her parents waited on her to return to the sitting room, Abigail hurriedly dashed outside in search of Dele..
She frantically looked out for Dele's car for several minutes when she suddenly sighted him as he advanced towards the house. Dele slowed down and parked the car.
 He stepped out and sighted Abigail, Dele smiled cheerfully as he walked up to Abigail. "You never told me you were at your parents' house." Dele said.
Abigail remained quiet for a while.

 Once upon a time, there lived a girl names Angela. Her Mother trained her to work hard to achieve her goals. Her Father was poor and helpless. There was a competition was held in her school on _How to Read_. Angela took first position and a Scholarship was awarded to her. Her Parents were very happy for her. Angela was a good girl. She obeyed her parents and teachers and everyone that came her way. After her secondary education, she got admission into the University of Lagos to study Mass Communication and she came out with a very good grade. She later got married to Layemi who was a medical Doctor and God blessed them with three wonderful Children, two boys (Ayomide, Johnson) and a girl (Angel.) *The End*

The Wailing Creatures  W ritten by Sumayyah Oluwafunbi Ogunsola     With a big smile on and shiny gleaming teeth plastered on my sweaty face, I step inside the dusty building with the big bold inscription: ‘ WELCOME TO THE ZOO!’  As I walk around with my black heels making a pit-pat, click-clack sound, my eager brown irises get locked in a trance with the brownish red Hawaiian bird. The bird’s fluffy feathers gently ruffles, and his sad eyes stare at mine. ’13 YEARS OLD’ the sign on the cage says. My father and I sit down in the parlour, looking at each other and sighing in disappointment, as our fun day out was ruined.
