Everyone always looks forward to Sunday, particularly to the Church service. Ultimately for me, until now, it was all about the choir, before things took a new turn. “Look at the time nau! See, how you people are just walking majestically as if you are the special guests of honor, today! Can’t you see that we are late? By now, prayers would have started. Oya! Enter the car, let’s go.” My Daddy shouted. “Please, my husband, don’t be angry.” My mum replied, as we hurriedly entered the car. Frustration is an extreme sense of  despair, the peak of anxiety and the point where everything can change. However, it all depends on what happens, afterwards. Frustration is a negative feeling ,that makes you feel lost and confused. You become very vulnerable and needy. More often than not, you are at the mercy of people's empathy. If  your emotions become uncontrollable, there is every likelihood of an emotional melt down! The Question thus: Is there a place of turn around to make things better? Of  course! You can fall, but you don't have to stay down! There is a time and season for every event or situation, fit yourself within the framework of possibilities, don't give yourself a death sentence- it can't be that bad, rather to the contrary, it can only get better.  How frustrated you are, right now is all in the making of that great story you will tell, eventually.  Be, in charge of the direction, you want to go, moving forward.  Take control of your e...

CHIEF EZE HAS DONE IT AGAIN (Abomination!)... A Story by E PLUS The Storyteller. Yesterday, I returned from the shop very late, in fact I was so tired that I slept off, leaving the akpu and okazi soup my wife had prepared for me, unattended to. Anyway, that is how I woke up today o! And I heard the news as early as 6.30am. You won't believe what my wife told me! Chai! Do you know that, our village has been sold! Aru!(Abomination). How did it all happen? According to my wife, news have it that, some ladies from the city came into the village with a proposal to build new houses and construct new roads. They said that they were from International Organisation. The Igwe welcomed them with opened arms, and after some months of projections, they made the Igwe to sign a contract that would help execute these projects.
