       How to cook garden egg sauce.


               

Ingredients.

Garden eggs(white or green)
Fresh pepper
Tomatoes
Onions
Crayfish
Oil
Salt to taste

Preparation
Boil garden eggs until soft.

Peel of the skin and pound lightly.

Chop the pepper, tomatoes and onions into bits.

Heat up oil for few minutes before you add the chopped tomatoes, pepper and Onions.

 Stir for few seconds, then add the garden eggs.

Add crayfish and salt.

Leave sauce to simmer for few seconds and it's ready!
